Corsare has a wonderful temperament, large and is very rideable. He competed in 2006 in jumpers and hunters but is currently in dressage training.
Corsare is a chestnut gelding by Contucci out of a magnificent 17hh Westfalen mare with excellent bloodlines: Vienna Waltz/Wigwam/Don Carlos. Vienna Waltz was a mid-west champion show jumper owned by one of the early founders of the American Hanoverian Society.
His sire, Contucci, is well known for passing on his great temperament - very vident in this young horse. Corsare is going well at walk, trot, canter and jumping solidly under saddle, competing at 2.9--just needs show mileage.
He is very versatile, completely suitable for dresage or for the hunters. Corsare is quite kind and is good around children.
