Lord Jim was named Champion Colt at the large Hilton Farm Inspection. Dr. Schade's comments included very nice type, with a very, very nice face, head and neck and very, very good ground covering movement. He is light and rhythmic.

This colt's breeding is incredible. He is by Londonderry, the winner of his stallion testing in 1997. Londonderry won the riding horse performance test of the German Riding Championships in Verden and later that year won the Federal Championships of German Riding Horses, or Bundeschampionate in Warendorf. Two years later, Londonderry won the reserve championship in the 6 year old division in Warendorf.

This colt's mother, EM Winterset is from Weltmeyer's first foal crop. She was imported by Marefield Meadows and produced a number of incredible offspring for them. She also has produced other foals by Londonderry for Steve and Bettie Carrol of Sullivan Farm, NC, including EM Laurel who was champion of her Mare Inspection with an overall 8. Lauel also was the champion of her Mare Performance Test.

This colt has it all, perfect conformation, a charming, friendly demeanor and fantastic gaits even at this young age.
